Thaddeus is an educator with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) and a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs Administration and Graduate Certificate in Urban Education from Michigan State University.

Thaddeus currently serves as an Instructor of Music and Producer at New York University Abu Dhabi. As a member of the academic support team, the Producer and Instructor in Music is primarily tasked with producing events and performances hosted by the Music Program, working in coordination with the Music Program Leadership, Faculty, Academic Support Team, the Arts Center staff, students, vendors, and other external parties. The Producer and Instructor is also responsible for providing academic support in music courses; assisting other members of the music academic support team, and contributing to the overall success of other arts programs and projects by performing relevant duties as assigned.

Thaddeus's interests include first-year experience, global/international education, intercultural development, leadership development, and Black families. Some of Thaddeus's selected talks can be viewed below.
